2024 Assessment

2024 Assessment Amount: $400 Due Date: March 1, 2024

Your payment of $400 for the 2024 BPRA Annual Assessment is due March 1, 2024 and becomes delinquent if not paid by that date. In 2021, we transitioned to a new online assessment collection and pool check-in system. You may submit payment and update homeowner records online (recommended), via mailed paper form and check, or via a combination of online and paper submissions/payments. An email address is needed for online options. Click here for the BPRA Assessment Form to return with your payment.

Why has the assessment amount gone up?

On January 23, 2020, the general membership authorized the Association's Board of Trustees to increase the annual dues up to $300 for 2020, $325 for 2021, $350 for 2022, $375 for 2023, $400 for 2024, and thereafter to increase the annual dues by up to the cost of living index. Prior to the 2020 increase, the annual assessment had been $225 since 2005.

In September 2022, we completed a Level 1 Reserve Study. This study will inform our assessment decisions as we move beyond 2024.

More information about the January 23, 2020 Assessment Increase plan can be found in the October 2019 Bugle. Click here for Assessment Increase information published in the October 2019 Bugle
