Streets within Strathmore at Bel Pre

Instead of having one set of covenants covering the entire subdivision, the developers that built Strathmore at Bel Pre decided to have many covenants — some apply to most of the subdivision, some apply to parts (“sections”) of the subdivision, and some apply only to individual properties.  A full set of the Strathmore at Bel Pre covenants (along with our other governing documents) is available on our website’s governing documents page.

We are currently working on developing a listing of all of the properties within the community with a link to all of that property’s Homeowner Association documents.  In the meantime, here is a preliminary list of all of the streets in Strathmore at Bel Pre and which sections cover which streets.
