Write one check for all payments (required: BPRA assessment; optional: SBPCA membership, pet waste station donation,
SBP Dolphins donation, Summer Entertainment & Street Festival donation.)
Make check payable to Bel Pre Recreational Association or BPRA.
Include BPRA Property address on check or with payment.
Mail check to BPRA P.O. Box 6370, Silver Spring, MD 20916-6370.
Update homeowner and household information via mail

Online Options
Online options for payment and household information submittal are coming soon through the BPRA eSoft Planner portal. Online payment with a credit card (no fees) will be available until at least April 30, 2024. See instructions and links below. New homeowners should use the eSoft Planner Help form (link below) to request eSoft Planner credentials.

Please note: There will be a separate payment transaction for each Swim Membership Enrollment (BPRA Assessment, SBPC Civic Membership, Pet Waste Station, SBP Dolphins, Summer Entertainment & Street Festival) that you select. We expect to have a “Shopping Cart” and single check out for all enrollments in future years following an eSoft Planner system upgrade.
You will receive two emailed receipts for each credit card transaction: one from “Auto-Receipt” <noreply@mail.authorize.net>, the credit card processor, that shows the transaction description as “BPRA Membership” regardless of which Swim Membership was purchased (Annual Assessment, SBPCA Membership, etc.) and one from BPRA <postmaster@esoftplanner.com> that will list the name of the Swim Membership (Annual Assessment, SBPCA Membership, etc.) you enrolled in.
If you want to see your payment information for each membership/transaction in eSoft Planner: Hover over My Account, click My Memberships, click "Details" next to the membership you are interested in seeing payment information for.
After you complete your 2024 enrollments, you will see a screen similar to that below. Please ignore previous year memberships. Valid memberships for 2024 are dated Jan 1, 2024 - Dec 31, 2024.

Via Mail:
Complete the 2024 BPRA Assessment Form.
Include payment for SBPCA membership in your check to BPRA.
Mail completed form and payment to BPRA P.O. Box 6370, Silver Spring, MD 20916-6370.
Online:
Follow the instructions for submitting your BPRA Assessment payment and information online. Enroll in the “SBPCA Membership” Swim Membership to join the SBPCA.
Other Donations

Complete the 2024 BPRA Assessment Form.
Include payment for your chosen donation(s) in your check to BPRA.
Mail completed form and payment to BPRA P.O. Box 6370, Silver Spring, MD 20916-6370.
Online:
Follow the instructions for submitting your BPRA Assessment payment and information online. Enroll in the “Pet Waste Station Donation”, “SBP Dolphins Donation” or “SBP Summer Entertainment & Street Festival Donation” Swim Membership of your choice to make a donation.
Apply for Assessment Relief
Applications for relief are due no later than March 31, 2024.
Review Sections C and D of the BPRA Annual Dues Collection Policy to determine if you may be eligible for relief.
Complete the Assessment Relief Application.
Follow the instructions on the application to submit the application to the BPRA Assessment Assistance Committee.
Pay a prior year balance
If you have not yet paid your 2023 BPRA Annual Assessment, or if you have any other outstanding prior year balance, contact BPRA Treasurer Dave Pullen at treasurer4BPRA@gmail.com or (301) 598-2521. Late payments are subject to late fees, interest and collection costs.
