SBPCA is a voluntary chartered organization that fosters community spirit and engagement.

The SBPCA works to:

• Promote effective communication among residents

• Monitor local and countywide developments that may impact the neighborhood

• Host community events including the Annual Yard Sale, 4th of July Parade, Field Day, and Community Picnic

• Coordinate the Summer Entertainment Series and July 4th Celebration

• Publish The Bugle, the neighborhood newsletter

• Members benefit from our Civic ListServ! connecting 250+ neighbors

If you’d like to join our Civic Association and support these efforts, annual dues are $25. Email SBPCA Treasurer to get started.

The BPRA serves as the homeowners association (HOA) for the neighborhood. Its primary responsibility is to manage and maintain the community’s recreational amenities, including the pools‍ & courts, ‍playgrounds, picnic area, bathhouse, snack bar, and pavilion located on Association property.

The Association collects an annual assessment, which is due March 1st each year.

Monthly meetings are open to the public.

The SBP Dolphins is our neighborhood swim team which has been in continuous existence for over 50 years and is open to all community children ages 4 to 18. The swim team is an anchor for the SBP community!
